1. OSHA Certification for Forklift Drivers
Program Overview: The course has been designed primarily to ensure that forklift drivers understand and adhere to safety operating procedures. This course is conducted at the business site to allow for practical application of guidelines and hands on operation of the lift trucks.
The certification course consists of several types of Activities:
· Classroom lecture and discussion
· Video programs
· Workbook exercises
· Quiz
· Driver practice course
The interactive course is lead by an instructor, who leads group discussions, reviews workbook exercises, and supervises truck operation in the practice course.
2. Facility Study of Business Site
Study consists of a comprehensive risk exposure analysis to identify potential liability risks, OSHA non-compliances issues, and cost analysis to determine the cost per hour of material handling operation. Full corrective action plans to comply with regulatory guidelines and cost efficiency recommendations are submitted at the end of the study.
3. Warehouse Management Improvement Program
Program consists of communications improvement between management and employees to optimize control warehouse operations resulting in lower operations cost with higher efficiency.
4. Marketing Consulting
